V soboto in nedeljo, 16.
in 17. novembra 2013, vas vabim na izjemno zanimiv izlet na Dunaj, ki bo povsem
drugačen od tistih, ki jih običajno ponujajo turistične agencije.
Na pot se bomo podali v
soboto zjutraj. Odhod in vstopanje na avtobus bomo načrtovali glede na vaše prijave.
Po prihodu na Dunaj bomo pod vodstvom izvrstne poznavalke Dunaja gospe Mojce
Gaetz raziskovali slovenski Dunaj – obiskali bomo kraje, povezane s slovensko
zgodovino in spoznavali Slovence, ki so na Dunaju pustili svoj pečat. Od
Primoža Trubarja, katerega Katekizem in Abecednik hrani Narodna (nekoč Dvorna)
knjižnica, preko jezikoslovca Jerneja Kopitarja, ki je deloval v njej,
čebelarja Antona Janše, ki je bil prvi učitelj čebelarstva na Avstrijskem, pisatelja
Ivana Cankarja in pesnika Franceta Prešerna, ki sta na Dunaju študirala, Cankar pa tudi ustvarjal, do arhitektov Jožeta Plečnika, Maksa Fabianija in Borisa Podrecca,
ki so soustvarjali podobo avstrijske prestolnice. Dan bomo zaključili s skupno
večerjo in druženjem v restavraciji hotela, kjer bomo prenočili.
Naslednje jutro bomo po
zajtrku odšli na prizorišče 13. dunajskega čipkarskega dneva, kjer si bomo
ogledali čudovite mojstrovine dunajskih klekljaric. Ker je lani prireditev
zaradi organizacijskih težav odpadla, bo letošnja še bogatejša. Poleg razstave
čipk bosta na ogled še razstava klekljev in razstava drugih ročnih del, seveda
pa ne bodo manjkali tudi ponudniki čipkarskih pripomočkov in materialov, pri
katerih se bomo lahko oskrbeli z vsem potrebnim za lastno čipkarsko
ustvarjanje.
Pred odhodom domov si
bomo v Leopold muzeju ogledali izjemno zanimivo razstavo Kokoška – sam v
središču pozornosti, ki skozi fotografije in spremljajoča likovna dela
predstavlja enega najpomembnejših avstrijskih umetnikov 20. stoletja, ki je
deloval na področju slikarstva in grafike, pa tudi esejistike, dramatike in
scenske umetnosti. Domov bomo prispeli v zgodnjih večernih urah.
Cena izleta je 132 EUR
na osebo pri udeležbi vsaj 45 oseb, oz. 148 EUR pri udeležbi vsaj 30 oseb, in vključuje:
avtobusni prevoz, vstopnine po programu, nočitev v hotelu 3* v dvoposteljni

On Saturday and Sunday, 16th and 17th November 2013, I invite you to an exceptionally interesting trip to Vienna, which will be quite different from those typically offered by travel agencies.
We will go on the way in the Saturday morning. Departure and bus boarding will be planned depending on your sign-ups. After arriving to Vienna we will investigate Slovene Vienna leaded by an excellent Vienna guide Mrs. Mojca Gaetz – we will visit places associated with Slovene history and learn about Slovenes who left their mark in Vienna. From Slovene protestant reformer Primož Trubar, whos Catechism and Alphabet is in National (formerly Court) Library, by linguist Jernej Kopitar, who worked in it, beekeeper Anton Janša, who was the first teacher of beekeeping in Austria, writer Ivan Cankar and poet France Prešeren, who studied, and Cankar also create their art works in Vienna, to architects Joze Plečnik, Maks Fabiani and Boris Podrecca, who helped establish the image of Austrian capital. We will wrap the day up with a dinner and socialising in the restaurant of the hotel, where we will be accomodated.
The next morning after breakfast we will go to the venue of 13th Vienna Lace Day, where we will visit the beautiful masterpieces of Viennese bobbin lace makers. Since the last year the event was canceled due to organizational problems, this year it will be even richer. Beside the exhibition of lace there will be an exhibition of bobbins and other handicrafts on view also. Of course providers of lace tools and materials will not be missing on the event and there we could be supplied with everything we might need to create our own lace works.
Before leaving home we will visit a Leopold Museum where is an extremely
interesting exhibition on the view: Kokoschka – the self in focus, which through
photographs and acompanying artworks representing one of the most important Austrian artists of 20th century, who worked in the field of painting and graphics, as well as essay and drama writing and stage designing. We will arrive home in the early evening.
